Evil Woman by  Electric Light Orchestra is always a great choice.

Everyday is Halloween by Dangerous Muse  is a definite  for those who live every day in a Halloween mind frame.

Shostakovich’s  The Execution of Stepan Razin,(1964) is based on a poem by Yevgeny Yevtuchenko.   Stepan Razin was a Russian Cossack leader who led a disorganized peasant revolt against Tsar Alexi and the ruling class, the Boyars, in 1671.

Enchanted Forest by Mannheim Steamroller is a wonderful piece to listen to on a spooky night.

Erwartung (Expectation), Op. 17, is a one-act monodrama in four scenes by Arnold Schoenberg to a libretto by Marie Pappenheim
